As we move into February, we are also sitting in the center of the sign of Aquarius and a super moon. And for those of us who followed the “12 Holy Days & Nights of Christmas” process, this month symbolizes the sign of Libra.
What all of this means is that we can expect this month to be a time of learning to get off the fence and commit to making decisions–especially decisions that will bring the most good to humanity (or people around us). But this period of time also calls us to make our decisions with God as our Guide.
Adding to all of this, we also enter February with the effects of a rare “Super Blue Blood Moon” glowing above our heads. It’s called a “super moon” because of its unique level of glow; a blue moon because it’s the second full moon of the month; a blood moon because of the rare red coloration it will take this month; and the moon is even going to be an eclipsed moon (in some parts of the world). And, as should be obvious, all of these combined are rare indeed–as is the opportunity this lunar symbol brings us.
Most people will experience this lunar time period as magnifying endings and changes in their lives–which I’ve been emphasizing now for several weeks. We’re even witnessing this in the form of a few of our most consistent attendees passing away–which we have not experienced in the eight years I’ve been here.
A full moon in itself is known to be related to a time of magnified emotions. And when a moon is red, it symbolizes a time when things held beneath the surface will rise to be seen and/or experienced. It’s like our skin turning red when blood rushes towards the surface of our skin. So extra self-awareness would be wise during this time–especially if you are a sensitive type of person.
With all this said, it’s important to now point out that although most people will experience this period of a full, red, blue, and eclipsed moon as a time of previously unseen or unknown issues coming to the surface, those who choose to remain attuned to God, and our Inner Christ, will have a completely different experience. We are capable of experiencing this period as one of incredible Guidance and awakening.
If we allow ourselves to experience this lunar process as a dance with the Holy Spirit (or Divine Mother), then She will evoke mostly new levels of awareness and personal growth. In other words, for those of us who lack a connection with the Holy Spirit/Divine Mother, we can count on this month (and lunar period) having the effect of “exposing” previously unexposed issues and lessons for us to deal with. But for those of us who are humble enough and are indeed connected to the Holy Spirit/Divine Mother, we can count on this month being one of “awakening to new levels of Spiritual Guidance.”
In this greater symbolism (for those who are ready for it), the red moon symbolizes the blood of our spiritual birth–a new level of awareness and a new level of receiving miracles on a more regular basis. So do what you can to make the greater choice during this lunar process–the greater choice to be born again in Spirit and allow this to be your first priority–no matter what others may say.
