A 3-hour Workshop with Michael Mirdad

The most consistently challenging aspects of life for people in the mainstream AND self-help communities are related to relationships, intimacy, and sexuality. One of the main reasons these topics remain on everyone’s mind is because there is so little by way of accurate and effective understanding and techniques for improving our personal, intimate lives. This workshop not only helps you to further understand yourself and your relationships with others, but also explores the realms of intimacy and sexuality—deepening our most sacred interactions.

This course includes the following topics:

• Awakening a deeper connection in personal relationships
• Developing healthier boundaries and self-worth
• Healing past wounds and unhealthy belief-systems
• Awakening a deeper, sensual self
• Exploring exercises to peel away sexual inhibitions

This workshop can be attended in person at Unity of Sedona OR can be attended online—on Zoom. And if you can’t attend during the scheduled time for the workshop, you can easily watch the recording at any convenient time. There will be plenty of open discussion and time for questions from the audience.

This online course will take place on Sunday, August 29th, from 12:00pm-3:00pm (Arizona Time). There will be a short break about mid-way, and the entire workshop will be recorded for replay.
